About Dara
Dara (Keogh) Caryotis, a professional trainer and executive and career coach, is inspired by working with people. Dara specialises in working with individuals and managers who are really busy, juggling lots of responsibilities, to help them realise their true potential, create balance in their life, and achieve what they want more of.
Coming from a farming family background, Dara studied Computing, became a successful project manager of large, complex international business projects and managed a multi- million revenue, professional services team for a global, Public Limited, Information Technology company, now Infor.
Several years ago she decided to step down from that to follow her passion for people development and collaboration and became a professional trainer in all aspects of learning and talent development. Given her professional experience working with people and teams, coaching and mentoring came naturally to her. She formalised this by becoming an ILM executive coach, NLP Master Practitioner and mBIT coach.
Dara is one of the first 70 mBIT coach trainers globally. Multiple Brain Integration Techniques is a relatively new coaching approach emerging from the field of neuroscience. For more information on this click here (mBraining page on my website) or www.mBraining.com
What sets Dara apart is a personal development and coaching knowledge deeply rooted in contemporary neuroscience. Dara has a different approach that is deep and engages beyond the head, which is far more relevant for today’s challenges of leadership, performance and direction.
